These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our products and services.
By accessing this website and/or engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Wolfpack Print Pty Ltd’s services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Services Offered
Wolfpack Print Pty Ltd specialises in providing design, print, signage, car wraps, and promotional products. Our commercial services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients in Australia. Although we primarily serve other businesses, we are open to the public, come and visit us!
Ordering Process
Orders and quotes are primarily processed in our shop, via phone, or by email. Quotations are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required upon sales order confirmation.
Design proofs and order specifications will require client approval before production can commence. Once production begins, changes to the order may incur additional costs.
For re-orders or simple changes, you will receive a proof within 2-3 working days. If your project requires new or complex artwork, it may take up to 7 working days to receive your proof.
Please check all details on the proof carefully. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure everything, including spelling, is correct before giving approval. Wolfpack takes no responsibility for errors the client has proofed. Up to 3 proofs are allowed per order, any additional proofs we require additional funding. By giving us approval, you are authorising us to proceed with your order on the basis that the provided proof is 100% correct.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the quote to begin the production process. The remainder is to be paid within 24 hours of completion. We accept payment via direct bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed-upon payment methods between Wolfpack Print Pty Ltd and the client.
Past due invoices are subject to a Late Payment Fee of $50.00 for each month past due. All materials remain the property of Wolfpack Print until paid in full.
Installations, Delivery and Collection
Once we receive your initial deposit, we’ll schedule your project and email an estimated completion date. The due date on the order is based on proof approval within 24 hours of receipt.
Products can be collected from our premises in Hervey Bay, Queensland, or delivered to a specified address as arranged during the order process. Delivery costs are not included in your quotation unless specifically requested. Delivery times and charges will be communicated upon order confirmation.
While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon times and dates, we cannot accept liability for losses caused by delays in delivery and completion, regardless of the cause.
Refunds and Returns
All designs require client approval before committing artwork to any product. Due to the customised nature of our products, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect all goods upon collection or delivery.
Wolfpack Print does not accept returns. All products are manufactured to customer specifications and cannot be returned for a refund. All sales are final.
Copyright and Ownership
All designs, artwork, and products produced by Wolfpack Print Pty Ltd remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Usage rights and licensing may be granted upon request and agreed upon in writing.
It is important that clients should not use images obtained from online searches, such as Google, without proper licensing or permission. Many online images are protected by copyright, and unauthorised use can lead to legal issues. To avoid this, we recommend using original images, licensed stock photos, or custom-created artwork. (Wolfpack has access to millions of stock images that can be used if needed.)
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of this information in accordance with our privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
Wolfpack Print Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Legal Compliance
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
