Lead Installer for Signage Industry
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for the Signage Industry? Wolfpack Print, a premier print, design, and signage business based in Hervey Bay, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Installer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role, being second in charge to the production manager. You will be leading the installation team and helping set the standard.
- Position: Lead Installer – Signage Industry
- Location: Hervey Bay, Queensland
- Full-time position: Normal hours 8am–4pm Monday to Friday.
- Remuneration: Based on experience
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
As the Lead Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful fabrication and installation of our high-quality signage products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership: Act as the first in charge for installation operations, working closely with the production manager to coordinate and lead the installation team.
- Installation Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of signage installation techniques and best practices. Ensure that installations meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the production manager, installation team, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the installation team. Encourage teamwork and cooperation to achieve project goals with the entire Wolfpack team.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during installations. Implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in the signage industry with a strong background in installation. Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey instructions clearly and professionally.

- Leadership Qualities: Natural leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding the installation team towards success.
- Current Drivers License: Manual license and any other tickets are highly desirable.
