Administration Assistant
Full-time to start | Based in Hervey Bay, QLD
Requirements
- Is confident using computers and office systems
- Proven administration experience (essential)
- Is highly organised and detailed-focused
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Takes ownership of their work and follows tasks through
- QuickBooks / bookkeeping experience
- Positive attitude and alignment with Wolfpack’s team culture
Key Responsibilities (about the role)
- Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and email
- General office administration and day-to-day support
- Basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks; Invoicing, Click Up, accounts receivable/payable, follow ups
- Assisting the sales team with preparing and managing quotation
- Supporting internal systems, processes, and workflow organisation
- Liaising with internal team members as required
Graphic Designer (Print & Signage)
Casual/Part-time | 25–30 hours per week | Based in Hervey Bay, QLD
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a graphic designer working in print and large-format production, including signage, vehicle wraps, and branded print collateral
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and CorelDRAW
- Comfortable working in a PC-based environment (not Mac)
- Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, colour management, and limitations
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients and internal team members professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirement
- A collaborative, positive attitude aligned with Wolfpack’s values of quality, reliability, and teamwork
- A professional portfolio demonstrating relevant signage, print, and large-format work
Signage Installer
Full-time | 38 hours per week | Based in Hervey Bay, QLD
Requirements
- Previous experience in signage installation, fabrication, or a related trade.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs with strong organisation and time management skills in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, practical skills and a commitment to safety
- High-level communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and managers.
- Manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Willingness to undergo a police check
- EWP licence and Working at Heights ticket (advantage)
- Knowledge of operating large format print machines (advantage)
- Experience with vehicle wrapping (advantage)
Signage Print Operator
Part-time | 25-30 hours per week | Based in Hervey Bay, QLD
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating large-format printers, ideally Onyx software and/or HP Latex large format printers
- Ability to manage multiple jobs with strong organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and diligent in all aspects of print and production
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Positive attitude and alignment with Wolfpack’s culture of excellence
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Digital KM Print operation (advantage)
- Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (advantage)
