Payment Details: A deposit is required for most jobs, usually 50%. Accepted payment methods are available on our Payment Options page.
Quality Assurance and Proofing: Before proceeding to print, a proof is emailed to you which you need to confirm before we procedure further with your order. This step helps to ensure there are no errors in the final product. Please check our Terms and Conditions.
File Specifications and Requirements: If you are sending us artwork, please ensure you send the image in its highest possible resolution quality. Further information on file formats available on our Image File Types page.
Delivery and Pickup Options: On completion, the client normally picks up from our shop unless delivery has been pre-arranged. We offer various options for delivery and pickup.
Signage and Vehicle Wrap Installation: For signage and vehicle wraps, installation services are available. If you require installation, please let us know so we can include this in your quotation.
