When sending us image files, please consider..
-

Proof-reading: Do check for spelling and grammar errors to avoid printing inaccuracies as we don't proof read (unless specifically requested).
- Correct Size: The file must be sized appropriately for the intended print dimensions.
- Resolution: All images sent must be of high resolution. Minimum of 300ppi is required for print.
- Margins: Include adequate margins as to avoid cutting off important information during printing.
- Bleeds: Most artwork requires at least 2mm bleed beyond the finish size to account for any variations during cutting. Bleeds will vary depending on material being printed on.
- Font and Image Inclusion: All fonts and images should be embeded in the pdf document.
- Contrast and Readability: Ensure good contrast between text and background for readability in print.
- Colour Mode: Colours should ideally be set to CMYK rather than RGB to match the printing process. See information on print colour matching.
When sending photos, please send us the original file from the camera (not a screenshot, or a copy of the image from social media)
