Christmas cards FAQ's

• Do you create custom Christmas card designs for businesses?

  Yes. Wolfpack’s design team can create a completely original Christmas card that incorporates your logo, colours and brand personality. We can also work from any concepts or examples you already have.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

  Our minimum order is 50 cards, making it ideal for small businesses through to large corporate groups.

• What card sizes do you offer?

  We commonly print Double DL, A5, and A6 folded cards. If you need something different, we also produce custom sizes to suit your brand or mailing requirements.

• Can I supply my own artwork?

  Yes. You can upload your own print-ready artwork to us. If needed, our designers can adjust your file so it prints perfectly on our high-quality stock.

• How long does it take to design and print the cards?

  Design usually takes a few days, but recommend allowing 1–2 weeks for checks, any amendments/adjustments, and final proof. We like to make sure you have the perfect design before going to print.

• Can you customise each card with client names or messages?

  Yes. It's fully customisable. We can print custom messages, staff signatures, and client-list variable data for bulk mail-outs. Cards can also be left blank inside if you prefer to handwrite.

• Do you offer envelopes or mailing options?

  Yes. We can supply matching envelopes and can assist with coordinated mailing options if you’re sending cards to a large client list.

• Do you deliver Australia-wide?

  Absolutely. We print locally in Queensland and can ship Australia-wide, with pickup available for local Fraser Coast / Hervey Bay customers.
